Managing Authorizations (optional service):
Option A: Cost for extending end dates of authorizations, calling for re-certifications or requesting them online, checking on receipt of treatment reports, or any other authorization matter excluding the initial authorization is $50 per hour, per use of services.

Option B: For those who would like this service performed on a continual as opposed to an occasional use, there is the option to increase the billing percentage to 9% instead of the per-hour charge. |
